reduction projects around the world. It invests in carbon assets that

environment. The company is headquartered in Washington, D.C. with
offices in Australia and Malaysia and a presence in India.
The company is
seeking to hire a full-time financial associate for its Washington, D.C.
office. The associate will work closely with senior business
professionals.
Typical
responsibilities include:

Building project finance models and detailed
operating models
·
Evaluating project returns
·
Working directly with industry professionals
to understand and pressure-test model assumptions
·
Conducting company and industry due diligence
·
Preparing presentations for internal and
external use
Qualifications
The ideal candidate
will have:

Familiarity with project and corporate finance
·
Ability to analyze historical financials and
develop projections
·
Strong modeling skills
·
Attention to detail
·
Ability to fit into an entrepreneurial work
environment
·
High level of professional maturity and a
strong work ethic
·
Solid organizational skills and the ability to
prioritize tasks
·
Self-starter work style
·
3– 5 years work experience associated with
deal structuring, preferably with
exposure to the carbon or environmental markets
Compensation:
Base salary and bonus commensurate with level of experience
