Fourth International Conference on Disaster Management and Human Health

The 4th International Conference on Disaster Management and Human Health, convening under the theme Reducing Risk, Improving Outcomes, will take place from 20-22 May 2015, in Istanbul, Turkey. The conference is being organized by Wessex Institute of Technology, UK, and aims to address the need for academia and practitioners to exchange knowledge and experience on ways to handle the increasing risk of natural and human-made disasters. Topics to be addressed include: disaster analysis, monitoring and mitigation; risk mitigation; risk and security; safety and resilience; socioeconomic issues; health risk; and multihazard risk assessment.
