Egypt's Renewable Energy Summit is Egypt’s largest gathering on renewable energy, divided into a huge Exhibition and a two day Conference.

Egypt is considered to have a great wealth of renewable energy resources and is already making good progress towards becoming a significant player in the renewable energy industry.

While the Egyptian government expects the renewable energy sector to produce 20% of total power generation by 2020, different events and decisions are made as steps to reach this goal.

Egypt's Renewable Energy Conference is the major event to gather Egyptian policymakers and business leaders from all around the world to discuss opportunities for international experts and leading developers in renewable energy to reach the economic and environmental benefits of implementing renewable energy programs in Egypt.

Egypt's Renewable Energy Conference aims to make sure Egypt and its neighbors enjoy green power shortly through Renewable Energy and increase awareness of Renewable Energy. The Summit will be focusing on Solar Energy, Wind Power, Hydro Power, Nuclear Energy and Biomass.

The exhibition will hold from 29-31 May, while the 2 day conference will be held on 30 and 31 of May, 2015
