ICEPR 2014 - 4th International Conference on Environmental Pollution and Remediation

From Aug 11, 2014 to Aug 13, 2014

Environmental pollution is considered to be our world's most dangerous, and constant, threat; our world is exposed to hazardous pollutants and chemicals from different sources every day. Industries, vehicles and basic human activities (like cooking) are spreading toxins around our world on a daily basis; these toxins affect our environmental resources such as air, water and, soil. Slowly, our ecosystem is being brought down by the impending danger of pollutants. These problems require immediate scientific attention to find an appropriate and cost effective solution. ICEPR is a small step towards finding those solutions.

ICEPR is a series of international conferences which are held yearly. These conferences focus on all aspects of Environmental Science, Engineering, and Technology.

The aim of ICEPR'14 is to bring together the Canadian and International community working in the field of environmental sciences, engineering, and technology, and to foster an environment conducive to present advances in this field. This conference will also provide a golden opportunity to develop new collaborations and gather world experts on the different topics including pollution detection, environmental remediation, and pollution prevention. Through the third conference, a great opportunity to share knowledge and expertise will be created by taking advantage of the synergy that was formed in preceding conferences. ICEPR'14 will include invited keynote talks, oral presentation sessions, and poster sessions who will demonstrate new and exciting research in the fields.

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and the DVD will be mailed out to the registrants. Furthermore, selected papers from the conference will be published in a Special Issue of the following journal from Avestia Publishing: International Journal of Environmental Pollution and Remediation (IJEPR)

ICEPR is an acronym for International Conference on Environmental Pollution and Remediation.
