UNFCCC COP 20/CMP 10 - The 20th session of the Conference of the Parties and the 10th session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol is expected to take place in December 2014 in Peru.  This was as decided during the UNFCCC 19/CMP9 that took place in Warsaw, Poland, in 2013:

"Twentieth session of the Conference of the Parties and the tenth session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol

1. Decides to accept with appreciation the offer by the Government of Peru to host the twentieth session of the Conference of the Parties and the tenth session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol in Lima, Peru, from Monday, 1 December to Friday, 12 December 2014,1 subject to confirmation by the Bureau of the Conference of the Parties and the Conference of the Parties serving as the
meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol that all logistical, technical and financial elements for hosting the sessions are available, in conformity with United Nations General Assembly resolution 40/243, and subject to the successful conclusion of a Host Country Agreement;

2. Requests the Executive Secretary to continue consultations with the Government of Peru and to negotiate and finalize a Host Country Agreement for convening the sessions that complies with the provisions of United Nations administrative instruction ST/AI/342, with a view to concluding and signing the Host Country Agreement not later than the fortieth sessions of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice and the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (June 2014)"

Venezuela has offered to host a pre-COP ministerial meeting.
